Scenario 1:
You completed payment and you got a notification page, email, or SMS from Coda saying that your transaction is complete, but didn't get your item. This means that the game/app had a problem fulfilling your order. But don't worry, we will help you to fix the problem by asking the game/app provider to fulfill your order manually.
Scenario 2:
You completed the payment, but you got a notification page, email, or SMS from Coda saying that your transaction has expired without being completed. In this case, it is possible that there was a connection problem between the payment channel and Coda. This means; you paid, but the payment channel had a problem notifying Coda about this. Again, don't worry; we'll work with the payment channel to investigate and fix the problem by manually fulfilling your order or issuing you a refund.
